Help us test KOME in real teaching.
We are inviting practising teachers to try KOME for a few rehearsals and tell us whether it helps. Please read this page, then give your consent on the form.
What is KOME?
KOME lets teachers rehearse tomorrow's lesson tonight. You teach a short lesson to three simulated pupils, each holding one common misconception, by voice or text on WhatsApp or the web, in English or Urdu. The pupils ask questions and push back until you really address their idea. When you say "stop", you get a short feedback card: one strength, one change, and the first question to ask your real class tomorrow.
What you would do
- Rehearse 2 or 3 lessons you are about to teach, on WhatsApp or on the web. Each takes about 5 to 10 minutes.
- Rate each feedback card from 1 to 5.
- Optionally, answer a few short questions afterwards about whether it changed how you taught.
What we collect, and what we don't
- We keep: the text of your rehearsals (what you said or typed, and the simulated pupils' replies), your feedback cards, your ratings, and timings.
- Voice notes are turned into text and the recordings are deleted after 7 days.
- Your phone number is scrambled (hashed) before it is stored, so it is not kept in readable form.
- Never use real pupils' names or any information about real pupils. KOME's pupils are simulated.
- Results are reported only in anonymous, combined form.
